Established in 2017, the Malaysia-Macau Chamber of Commerce (MMCC) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting economic cooperation and cultural exchange between Malaysia and Macau. The MMCC focuses on various objectives, including the organization of entertaining events such as shows, concerts, and beauty pageants. Moreover, the chamber actively works to enhance cultural tourism by highlighting the historical connection between Malacca and the Portuguese culture within the Chinese community.
In addition, the MMCC fosters communication with Macau's government agencies and collaborates with chambers of commerce, including the Association Hong Kong Trade Centre, to participate in relevant events. The ultimate goal is to facilitate stronger economic ties, trade development, and investment cooperation between Malaysia and the Pearl River Delta region, specifically the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
