The Perak Foundry and Engineering Industries Association (PFEIA) was formed in the 1930s by a group of machine founders who aimed to protect and promote their collective welfare.
The association was revived in 1946 after World War II and had its office relocated several times until it was finally moved to a new multi-purpose complex in 2002. The complex, which covers an area of 12,600 square feet, was bought on a one-acre land in Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan 11, Pusing, Perak. In 2013, a ground-breaking ceremony was held to construct a four-story building at a new site.
Two years later, PFEIA celebrated its 82nd Anniversary and officially launched its new building at the same location. PFEIA is committed to meeting the needs of its members and is continuously striving to increase its financial resources.
